A thunderstorm dropped 2 to 3 inches of rain over the city of Oconto during a one-hour period, resulting in urban flooding. Basements filled with water, storm sewers backed up and a few streets were flooded. In addition, a lightning strike caused a power outage that affected 450 people for a ninety-minute period.
