A rapid warm-up along with light to moderate rain brought some rapid rises and minor low-land flooding to Southeast Wisconsin. Temperatures in the 50s melted almost all of the existing snowcover.

The Root River at Raymond (Racine county) crested at 8.42 feet at 1805CST on the 18th, or .42 feet above flood stage.
