The second area of severe thunderstorms produced some reports of damaging wind as trees and power lines were downed. Around Easley and in Central trees fell onto houses and garages causing some damage.

Around Easley and in Central trees fell onto houses and garages causing some damage. In west Greenville the combination of wind and hail shattered windows in a restaurant. Several thousand customers in the west side of Greenville county were without power for a number of hours.
