The Little Sandy Creek just northwest of Polk went out of its banks and flooded Route 62 with over 2 feet of water. Flooding also occurred along Sugar Creek, flooding roads near Cooperstown and Route 322, just north of Sugarcreek. Oil Creek also went out of its banks with some road flooding reported near Pioneer.
