Rains of 0.75 to 1.5 inches in 6 hours across southeast Ohio caused numerous small streams to flood and block secondary roads in the6 counties. Salem Center of Meigs County had a 24 hour rainfall of 1.9 inches. Some of the creeks that flooded include Sugar Run in the Amesville area of Athens County, Salt Creek around Allensville of Vinton County, and Leading Creek in Meigs County. No evacuations were reported.
