Thunderstorms rolled into the Raleigh-Durham International Airport location from the west and produced wind gusts to 64 mph. These winds ripped a portion of one of the terminal buildings roof off. No injuries were reported. Water damage also occurred at the damaged terminal building. Trees were blown up around the airport and eastward into the city of Raleigh.
