These thunderstorms were accompanied by heavy rain, hail and frequent dangerous lightning.A few reports included... --In Mooers, NY (Clinton County) 3/4 inch diameter hail was reported at 1350 EST.--Altona, NY (Clinton County) reported 1/4 inch hail at 1500 EST.--Culverts were flooded in Plattsburgh NY/Cumberland Head NY area with water reported on the roads between 1800-1920 EST.--one person was injured by lightning in Altona, NY (Clinton County) at 1800 EST and 2 cows were killed by lightning.
