Damaging Wind in New York, July 19, 1996
A severe thunderstorm snapped off large tree limbs trees and caused some structural damage in northern Onondaga County in the town of Cicero. Several roofs were torn off of storage sheds, road signs were bent over, and a 9000 pound trailer was blown on its side.
