Severe thunderstorms caused wind damage in several southeastern Morris County townships. No serious injuries were reported. In Chatham, eight roads were blocked by fallen trees or tree limbs. In Hanover Township, an uprooted trees damaged the roof, gutter and eave of one home and the front end of a vehicle. In Stirling a tree crushed the roof of another vehicle and the damaging winds blew out the front window of a department store.
