Ice accumulated on tree limbs but, due to the warm ground, little accumulated on roads, except for bridges and overpasses.

Ice accumulated on tree limbs but, due to the warm ground, little accumulated on roads, except for bridges and overpasses. The lack of significant wind led to only a few reports of tree damage.
