Several thunderstorms in the area produced heavy rains in Ada and Elmore counties. Northwest of Boise a quater of an inch fell in less than 30 minutes. In Elmore County one inch of rain fell in 45 minutes. There were several reports of standing water on the roads and possible flash flooding in dry country.
