A fast moving mini-tornado, associated with Tropical Storm Josephine, touched down sporatically along a narrow 20 mile long path in western Hillsborough and rural southwest Pasco counties. The tornado caused minor damage, mainly a few snapped or uprooted trees and broken tree limbs, along it's path before it receded in southwest Pasco county.
