Localized street flooding occurred in the Fort Lupton area when 2 to 3 inches of rain fell in a 45-minute period. The time at which the downpour occurred was approximated. The roof of a local community college began leaking which caused minor damage to the ceiling tiles. The roof was under repair from some hail damage that had occurred earlier in the summer.
