5.67" of rain fell at Morgan Hill in the Santa Clara Valley. This is a very low precipatation location. The heavy rain cused widespread street flooding and flooded a Trailer Court that had to evacuated. State Hwy 17 was closed by mudslides. some 113,000 people were out of power at some time during the storm.
