Large hail was reported in Louisville. A 42-year-old man was knocked unconscious and had to be treated after lightning struck the shelter house that he and 10 other golfers had moved under to avoid the storm.

A brief tornado (F0) touched down briefly near the intersection of Routes 45 and 517 on the northwest side of Lisbon. The tornado was approximated 15 yards wide and was on the ground for about a tenth of a mile. The only associated damage was a few downed trees and three pieces of aluminum siding ripped from the side of a nearby home.
