A severe thunderstorm toppled trees in the extreme northern part of the county in Lebanon Township.
A severe thunderstorm uprooted trees near Belvidere. Severe thunderstorms downed trees and wires in scattered parts of the county including State Route 57 near the Tricounty Firehouse. Downed wires caused power outages in Hackettstown and Mansfield Township. These thunderstorms were part of the remnants of Hurricane Opal.
