Thunderstorm winds blew down a couple trees across a road in the Perry Hall area.
Thunderstorm winds knocked down trees in the southern part of the county. Two people were reportedly struck by lightning. Heavy rains from the storms caused some flooded roadways. Two feet of water was on the Pulaski Highway. A car was in the water up to its roof.
A gustnado apparently touched down briefly near Hollywood. The storm left a damage path about a half mile long and 50 yards wide. About 15 to 20 trees were blown down, and two large trees fell on a deck and swimming pool. Winds were clocked at 60 mph in the area.
