About 20 empty tractor-semitrailers were knocked over, upended or blown on top of each other. A tractor-semitrailer was overturned on the Interstate 57 entrance ramp at Manteno. Several trees and limbs were blown down in town, mainly on the west side. Porches and gutters were damaged on a few homes. Crops were also flattened by winds.
