A tornado in Edna damaged a lumberyard, some trees and a few homes. A tin roof from the lumberyard was found 1 mile from the original location. There were also reports of roof damage and poles through the windows at homes.
High winds associated with a bow echo moving through south central College Station produced damage near the SW Parkway between Anderson and Texas Streets. There were reports of numerous fences blown over, downed medium to large tree limbs and blown over gas staion awnings and signs. There were also reports of damaged roofs and cars by the blowing debris.

Nineteen utility poles were knocked down along a 1 mile stretch from Minonite Road (FM 2977) to Pleak Road and to FM 361.

A storm survey indicated 40 to 60 homes with damage - a large number of shingles blown off roofs, windows broken and trees downed.
A small tornado was observed by National Weather Service personnel 2 miles southwest of the Jefferson County Airport. It damaged several telephone poles as it moved to the northeast. It took a roof off a barn at Port Acres 4 miles southwest of the airport before dissipating.
A thunderstorm produced a large swath of damaging winds from just south of McCook through the Alton, Mission, McAllen area to as far east as San Juan. Most damage was to mobile homes, and substandard houses, but schools and hospitals also received damage. Also there was extensive tree and power line damage.
