A tornado was observed crossing Northeast Pond in western Lebanon. The tornado moved onto the eastern shore, knocking over 100-foot pine trees and damaging two lakeside cottages. The parent thunderstorm also produced damaging straight-line winds and near golfball-sized hail in Lebanon. (This thunderstorm earlier produced a separate F0 tornado in Barrington, New Hampshire).
