As a result, flood damage is now limited to adjacent roads, bridges, and the St. George golf course.

- 13.90 ftAt 13.9 ft, the Santa Clara River will damage adjacent roads and bridges. Post-2005 engineering work done on the channel now restricts the channel morphology of the river, and as a result, the flood damage experienced during 2005 is no more.
