1. 20.90 ftCrest of June 2006. Significant flooding occurred throughout the valley.
2. 19.97 ftRapid snowmelt and heavy rain event flooding event in January 1996.
3. 19.69 ftCrest from the September 2004 flood. Shadowbrook Resort Golf Club floods. Portions of US Route 6 flooded from Dixon to Tunkhannock.
4. 17.00 ftMajor flooding begins. Lazy Brook Park is inundated. Widespread evacuations along the creek have taken place in the past. Portions of SR 92 are flooded near East Lemon.
5. 14.00 ftModerate flooding begins. In the past, some evacuations have occurred in Lazy Brook Park, especially the southern parts of Overlook Road and Brookside Boulevard. Cozy Creek Campground is inundated.
6. 12.00 ftThe Cozy Creek Family Campground begins to flood at this stage.
7. 11.00 ftMinor flooding occurs in the floodplain along the river. In the past, some residences have been evacuated along Brookside Park Drive.
