3. 21.00 ftModerate lowland flooding begins as water reaches the bottom concrete of the Highway 59 bridge. Secondary roads near the river are inundated and closed. Livestock in the floodplain are threatened.
4. 20.00 ftMinor lowland flooding begins.
5. 12.00 ftFlows exceed low-lying areas along both banks.
6. 9.00 ftFlows exceed low-lying areas along the left bank.
