1. 20.00 ftMajor flooding begins. Extensive flooding occurs in the woodlands upstream and downstream from the gage on Bill Arp Road or Georgia Highway 5. Flood waters will completely cover an environmental monitoring station by the bridge and be around 5 feet deep. Several small lakes and ponds upstream from the gage will likely overflow or be flooded by the river. Mobley Creek which flows into the river just upstream from the gage will likely be two feet deep over a portion of Banks Mill Road.
2. 18.00 ftSignificant flooding expands further into the woodlands upstream and downstream from the gage on Bill Arp Road or Georgia Highway 5. Flood waters will completely cover a circuit breaker box and power meter for an environmental monitoring station by the bridge. The flood waters will surround the station around 3 feet deep. Mobley Creek which flows into the river just upstream from the gage will begin to flood a portion of Banks Mill Road.
3. 17.00 ftSignificant flooding continues in the woodlands upstream and downstream from the gage on Bill Arp Road or Georgia Highway 5. The water level reaches the bottom of a power meter for an environmental monitoring station by the bridge. The flood waters will surround the station around two feet deep. Mobley Creek which flows into the river just upstream from the gage will reach the top of the curvert on Banks Mill Road.
4. 16.00 ftModerate flooding begins. Significant flooding occurs in the woodlands upstream and downstream from the gage on Bill Arp Road or Georgia Highway 5. The water level reaches the bottom of a circuit breaker box for an environmental monitoring station by the bridge. The flood waters will surround the station around one foot deep.
5. 15.00 ftMinor flooding continues in the woodlands upstream and downstream from the gage on Bill Arp Road or Georgia Highway 5. The water level reaches the foundation of an environmental monitoring station on a wooden platform by the bridge.
6. 13.00 ftFlood stage is reached. Minor flooding begins in the woodlands and natural flood plain upstream and downstream from the gage on Bill Arp Road or Georgia Highway 5. The water level reaches the foundation of a wooden platform by the bridge which supports an environmental monitoring station.
7. 10.00 ftBankfull conditions are reached upstream and downstream from the gage on Bill Arp Road or Georgia Highway 5. Water begins to flow into low areas of the flood plain.
