August 1913, Mianning, Sichuan Province, 28.4 N, 102.3 E, magnitude 6, intensity VIII.
City walls collapsed. A stone bridge fell down.
The upper part of Guanyin Pagoda in the south of the city partly toppled down and many house wall collapsed. Landslides occurred at the East Hill of the Mianshan Mountain and the ground fissured. In Lugo, some earth hills and trees fell down. Dozens of people were killed. (reference #3939)
