November 18, 1829 Wuhe, Anhui Province, 33.2 N, 117.9 E, magnitude 5.5, intensity VII.
Civilian houses and cottages were destroyed, innumerable people were killed. The earthquake also struck Xuzhou, Pixian and Suining in Jiangsu Province.
Note: An earthquake occurred the next day at Linqu
in Shandong Province. There may have been confusions in records of counties situated in the border of the affected area.
