...The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in Indiana...Ohio... Saint Marys River at St. Mary's River near Fort Wayne affecting Allen IN County. Saint Marys River near Decatur affecting Adams, Allen IN and Van Wert Counties. ...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Indiana... Wabash River near Bluffton IN affecting Wells County. Wabash River near Linn Grove affecting Adams and Wells Counties. Kankakee River at Davis affecting La Porte, Starke and St. Joseph Counties. For the Wabash River...including Linn Grove, Bluffton IN...Minor flooding is forecast. For the Kankakee River...including Davis...Minor flooding is forecast. For the Saint Marys River...including Decatur, St. Mary's River near Fort Wayne...Moderate flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Saint Marys River near Decatur. * WHEN...Until Friday morning. * IMPACTS...At 23.5 feet, Many east side city streets and county roads are flooded.
