* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

- At 838 AM EDT, emergency management reported flooding in the
warned area. Between 3 and 4 inches of rain have fallen.Flooding
impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected.

Hocking Hills State Park, Starr, Laurelville, Tarlton,
Gibisonville, South Bloomingville, Buena Vista in Hocking County,

* WHERE...Southern Pickaway County in central Ohio...
Northern Ross County in south central Ohio...
* WHEN...Until 1230 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 910 AM EDT, radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy
rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected
to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2.5 inches
of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no
additional rainfall is expected.

Circleville, Kingston, Williamsport, New Holland, Logan Elm
Village, Laurelville, Clarksburg, Adelphi, Pickaway County
Airport, Andersonville, State Route 138 at US Route 22, State
