* WHAT...Northeast winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts of 35 to 50 mph. * WHERE...Central and Southeast Middlesex County, Western Essex MA, Southern Worcester MA, Western Norfolk MA, Northern Bristol MA, Western Plymouth MA, and Northwest Providence RI. * WHEN...Until noon EDT Sunday. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The long duration of the winds coupled with heavy rain and fully leafed trees may exacerbate the risk for tree damage and power outages.
