are likely to develop this evening across western Oklahoma and spread

as a cold front moves southward into the region. Large hail and locally
damaging winds will be the primary hazards. The tornado risk will increase
with stronger storms Friday afternoon and again with any stronger storm
segments along the advancing cold front Friday night.
The weekend is forecast to remain dry with thunderstorm chances increasing
again early next week. Severe weather potential may also increase again
by Tuesday of next week.
