...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHEASTERN FRANKLIN AND
SOUTHERN BEAR LAKE COUNTIES THROUGH 1230 PM MDT...

At 1202 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Bear Lake Idaho Portion, moving north at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts in excess of 45 mph.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.
