There is a Marginal (level 1 of 5) Risk of severe thunderstorms this
afternoon and tonight. Damaging wind gusts are the primary threat.
Also, isolated instances of flash flooding will remain possible in
areas that already have saturated soil and that receive additional
heavy rain from thunderstorms.
