Heat index values are forecast to rise into the low 100s across portions of central Georgia this afternoon. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday... Scattered thunderstorms are expected across portions of north and central Georgia Sunday through Tuesday, which will be capable of producing frequent lightning and locally heavy rainfall. Hot temperatures are forecast Sunday into next week, with heat index values in the upper 90s to mid 100s each day. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
