At 337 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 5
miles south of Philmont Scout Ranch, or 21 miles west of Springer,
moving east at 10 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and nickel size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
  Cimarron, Philmont Scout Ranch, Rayado and Miami.
