A line of showers producing heavy rain and embedded strong wind
gusts will move north into southern portions of Delaware through
around 8 pm. Thunderstorms may develop and would be capable of
wind gusts up to 50 mph that could bring down a few trees and
power lines, leading to isolated power outages.

Heavy rain may lead to areas of poor drainage flooding as well.
