Parsippany, or near Morristown, moving southeast at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Newark, Jersey City, Elizabeth, Passaic, Bayonne, Mott Haven,
