Locally heavy rain will be possible with potential for localized
flooding of low lying and urban areas.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday.

Tuesday night lows in the low to mid 30s away from the Outer Banks
and immediate coast will bring a threat for for widespread frost
across Eastern North Carolina.
