...A STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT NORTHWESTERN BREWSTER COUNTY
THROUGH 1145 AM CDT...

At 1055 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms 10
miles northwest of Marathon, or 16 miles east of Alpine, moving
northeast at 15 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and nickel size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

This storm will remain over mainly rural areas of northwestern
Brewster County.
