bringing a threat for damaging wind gusts and large hail.

A Flood Watch for potential flash flooding is in effect for the
entire outlook area through tonight.

River flooding is possible along the Potomac Basin as well as the
tributaries leading into the Potomac Basin Saturday into Saturday
