NORTHWESTERN HAYWOOD COUNTIES THROUGH 730 PM EDT...

At 644 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 13 miles southeast of Newport to 12 miles north
of Robbinsville. Movement was east at 45 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and nickel size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to outdoor objects is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Waterville, Smoky Mountains, Cherokee, Fines Creek, Deals Gap,
Balsam Mountain, and Fontana Lake.
