This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for northwest Colorado, southwest
Colorado, west central Colorado, east central Utah, northeast Utah
and southeast Utah.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

Mostly sunny skies and warm temperatures are expected today. Clouds
will be on the increase this afternoon, with mountain snow breaking
out tonight.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.

Mountain snow and valley rain is expected during the day Thursday,
with some impressive precipitation rates. Snow showers will linger
through the day Friday, before finally tapering off. High pressure
builds in for the weekend, with another storm system expected to move
through early next week.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation is not expected today or tonight, however
spotters are encouraged to report snowfall amounts to the
National Weather Service in Grand Junction.
