central South Dakota, south central South Dakota and southeast
South Dakota.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

A line of scattered thunderstorms is expected to track southeast
into the region late this evening. Strong to severe storms may
persist with this activity, capable of damaging winds up to 75 mph,
half dollar sized hail, and heavy downpours. Greatest threat is west
of the James River through 11 PM, with storms weakening with eastern
extent.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.

Isolated strong to severe storms and heavy downpours will again be
possible on Thursday and Friday. With the potential for severe
weather ahead, make sure to continue monitoring your local forecast.
