The National Weather Service in Peachtree City has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
  Southern Chattahoochee County in west central Georgia...
  Northwestern Stewart County in west central Georgia...

* Until 245 AM EDT.

* At 211 AM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located over Lakepoint Resort State Park, or 9 miles north of
  Georgetown, moving northeast at 55 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* Locations impacted include...
  Omaha, Charles, Cusseta, Christopher, Jamestown/South Fort Benning,
  Renfroe, Louvale, Manta, and Providence Canyon State Park.

SOUTHEASTERN CHATTAHOOCHEE AND NORTHWESTERN STEWART COUNTIES...

At 227 AM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located near Louvale, or 11 miles southwest of Cusseta, moving
northeast at 60 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado.

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
         shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage 
         to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree damage is 
         likely.

and Manta.
