Areas of frost Thursday morning and possibly even Friday morning
could image sensitive vegetation where the growing season has started
across the Lower Susquehanna Valley and adjacent portions of South
Central Pennsylvania. Otherwise, the probability for widespread
hazardous weather is low.

inches of snow accumulation late today into Wednesday morning.
Locally higher amounts of around 3 inches area possible in the
snowbelt of Northwest Warren County.
