Ohio, northwest Ohio and northwest Pennsylvania.

Showers and thunderstorms are expected today, and some may produce
heavy rainfall. Localized flooding will be possible if repeated
training of storms occurs over the same areas. In addition, a few
thunderstorms may be capable of producing strong to severe winds,
mainly over northeast Ohio and northwest Pennsylvania. Timing of
thunderstorms will be between 11 AM and 6 PM, with the greatest
coverage focused between 11 AM and 3 PM.
