...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT NORTHWESTERN KENEDY...
SOUTHEASTERN JIM HOGG AND BROOKS COUNTIES THROUGH 1230 AM CDT...

At 1146 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 6 miles west of La Colonia Park to 12 miles
northwest of Encino to near San Rafael Ranch Airport. Movement was
east at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
La Colonia Park, Cantu Addition, Airport Road Addition, Encino,
Rachal, Flowella, Falfurrias Junior High School, Pleasant Park,
Brooks County Airport, and El Coyote Ranch Airport.

This includes US Highway 281 between mile markers 710 and 742.

a line extending from near Ricardo to Raymondville. Movement was east
at 45 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Kenedy County Wind Farms, Norias, Armstrong, U S 77 Border Patrol
Station, Sarita, Kenedy County Sheriffs Office, and Armstrong Ranch
Airport.

This includes US Highway 77 between mile markers 710 and 744.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
