The National Weather Service in Bismarck has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
  Northwestern Wells County in south central North Dakota...
  East central Sheridan County in south central North Dakota...

* Until 1100 PM CDT.

* At 1035 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a
  tornado was located 7 miles north of Hurdsfield, or 16 miles south
  of Harvey, moving north at 15 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* This tornadic thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
  northwestern Wells and east central Sheridan Counties, including
  the following locations... Manfred.

TAKE COVER NOW! Move to a basement or an interior room on the lowest
floor of a sturdy building. Avoid windows. If you are outdoors, in a
