UNTIL 515 PM MDT...

At 438 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Ruidoso Downs, or 5 miles southeast of Ruidoso, moving northwest at
20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and nickel size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible.

Locations impacted include...
  Ruidoso, Lincoln, Ruidoso Downs, Capitan, Fort Stanton, Glencoe,
  Smokey Bear Historical Park, Alto, Lincoln State Monument and
  Angus.

This includes Highway 380 between Mile Markers 81 and 98.

miles east of Mesa, or 33 miles south of Fort Sumner, moving
northwest at 15 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and nickel size hail.
