  heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain 
  have fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin 
  shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
           highways, streets, and underpasses as well as other
           drainage and low lying areas.

* Some locations that may experience flash flooding include...
  Willingboro, Florence, Burlington, Mount Holly, Bordentown, 
  Beverly, Jacksonville, Columbus, Jobstown, Florence-Roebling, 
  Georgetown and Edgewater Park.

COUNTY...

The heavy rain has ended. While the flash flood threat has ended, 
flooding remains an issue and a new flood warning will be issued. 
Please continue to heed remaining road closures.

A Flood Watch remains in effect until 1200 PM EDT Wednesday for 
portions of northern Delaware, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.
