At 459 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy
rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have
fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in
the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring with road
closures being reported Pennington and several on ramps to I295 in
Ewing NJ.

rounds of strong thunderstorms with rainfall rates of 1 to 2
inches per hour are expected over the next several hours. Flash
flooding is already occurring.
